Movie Time

I feel like we have had a really busy week and I am glad it is coming to an end and I hope next week we can relax a little bit more. I like being busy, but this week seemed busier than normal. This what we have been up to

  • preschool
  • cheer
  • swimming
  • pictures for Kayda
  • Had a baby shower at my house
  • Starting training for my new job at lifetime fitness
  • Worked on stuff for the primary activity on Saturday (my activity day girls are helping)
  • Cleaned my brother's house
  • Filled out new hire paperwork (it has been along time since I have done that)
  • Ran a lot (I think after tomorrow's run I will be at about 45 miles for the week),
  • Reddin has been working really hard to get our new truck registered and drivable
  • Reddin replaced the radiator and some fan in our van (he was up until 1:30 I think)
  • Took a boot camp class at the gym
  • Started doing surveys online to earn a little extra money (not sure if it's worth it yet)
  • All the normal stuff, cleaning house, grocery shopping, laundry
I think after this busy week we are all ready for some movie time in my family. I but on Beauty and the Beast for the girls and came down stairs to discover this, I think it is so cute Kayda wants to do whatever Payton does.

Cheerleaders in Training

I think Reddin is getting my girls ready to be great cheerleaders. They love doing this kind of stuff with dad.

Kayda's Silly Words

I think Kayda talks pretty well for her age, but there are several words that she says that are pretty funny.

chepic = ketchup
tared= scared
pons= spoon
uptairs = upstairs
mayup= makeup

These are just a few I am sure there a more, but I had to write them down before I forgot them and before she started to stay them right.

Birthday recap

My birthday this year was really fun. I started off the morning with a great run with friends and then my mom came and got me and the girls, and we went to Krispy Kream for donuts. I love Krispy Kream donuts, I probably could eat a whole box, but I didn't I shared and Payton and Kayda loved them.
After donuts Payton went to play at her friends house before preschool, and my mom took Kayda with her so I went shopping before I meet friends for lunch at Joe's Farm Grill. I really liked the Farm Grill and I loved hanging out with friends, eating good food and just talking. After lunch I picked up Payton and her friends from Preschool and then I took Payton to swimming. After swimming I got Kayda from my mom and then came back home so Reddin and I could go out to dinner at Liberty Market. Before dinner I got to open presents I got new flip flops, some gels for running, and best of all sprinkle cupcakes. I have been wanting really good cupcakes for a long time and really wanted to go to sprinkles so Reddin surprised me and they were really good. I think vanilla cake with vanilla frosting is my favorite.

After dinner I went to my friends house and she gave me a facial, it really was a perfect day. I am so grateful to have great family and friends so close.

Happy Birthday from Kayda

Today I am another year older and I think it is going to be a great day. Kayda keeps walking around the house saying Happy Birthday, it is so cute. She might think it is her birthday I am not sure, but I just keep laughing everytime she says it.

Preschool

Today is Payton's first day of preschool for this school year and I cannot wait and either can she. We meet her teacher last week, and Payton liked her right away. I was impressed with the preschool room she has set up in her house and Payton is just happy she gets to go to school. Her school is from 12 to 2:30 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays, which I hope is the time Kayda will continue to take a nap so I can get some cleaning and maybe craft projects completed. I am just excited can you tell, yeah for preschool. I know I will miss her while she is gone, but she is so ready for this.
