So Sad!!!

Payton and I did not have the greatest of days yesterday; in fact we have not had a very good week. We started potty training and she is doing good, but I think that change and maybe something in the water has put Payton in an unpleasant mood, which is something I struggle with. Anyway yesterday, we had several potty accidents, and several crying fits (she really did not want anything to do with me yesterday), and I just couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. Well Reddin knew I needed a break so he had his parents watch Payton so we could go to a movie. We had a good time and when we got back from our date, we got a good report. They said Payton was great, no accidents, and happy as could be (don't you just love when your kids are always better for other people). Anyways I decided just to mark it off as another day in hopes that the next one would be better, but on our way home Payton got sick (so sad). I felt so bad, that is probably why she had so many accidents and why she was in a bad mood, because she did not feel well. I felt horrible, I tried to clean her up the best that I could, but I just wanted to hold her. She slept through the night, but today she has a fever and just wants to cuddle. I am so glad that I am her mom. I know we have hard days, but they are worth it, especially on days like today, when all she wants is to be close to mom and dad.
