After the sale of our house did not close after three months Reddin and I decided we would put it back on the market to see what would happen. After three weeks of not having an offer Reddin and I decided we would probably just fix it up (paint and tile) and move back in and stay for a few years. I started to get bids and look at tile samples, but to our surprise we got an accepted offer on Wednesday and we are suppose to close on April 3rd.
This process has really strengthen my testimony in the power of paying tithing. This offer came just a few days after going to church and paying our tithing (we should have done that earlier). We really feel like this is the right move for our family at this time, but I am having a hard time finding a house I like in our price range, so I do not know where we are going to end up, but I know we will end up where the lord needs us to be.
We are hoping that this time the sale of our house goes smoothly and that we can find a house we love soon, so we can get moved in and settled before the baby is born. So wish us luck.

Hooray! I was so happy to hear that from Justin.
Grrrrr..... fine, be that way, you Tempe dweller. Congrats. I'm sure it will go more smoothly this time - how could it be worse? Ha!
It sounds like you have a great attitude about all you have gone through in the sale of your home. I hope it all works out on the 3rd for you. At least you aren't closing on April Fools, huh!?!
I'm really impressed with the way you've tried to be so positive through this process and how you've put your faith in the Lord. I really miss you, but am happy that things are progressing for your little family!
