Well we are home from our Colorado vacation and I miss it already. It is nice to be home, but we had such a good time it is always sad when it is over. I think it rained everyday we were there and we were not able to go to water world but other then that we had a great time playing at parks, visiting with family and exploring several of Colorado's attractions. Here is some of what we did in pictures.

Reddin and I went to the Denver Temple while my mom watched the kids.
We ate dinner and played with family this is a picture of my grandma with Lindsey her granddaughter and Payton and
Kayda her great grandchildren

This is us at that top of mount Evans it is a mountain that is 14,270 feet tall, it was so cold and windy that the girls were having trouble breathing and we were freezing so we jumped out the truck to take a picture really quick and then we waited in the car while
Reddin hiked the last quarter mile to the summit.

Reddin before we left to hike up to the summit on Mount Evans

The family down at Echo lake, this was were we stopped after the Mount Evans experience. Payton was not feeling very well from the drive and we needed to get out of the truck for awhile.

This is Payton and Morgan at
Elitch Gardens, the kids had a great time riding on all the kids rides (airplanes, boats, trucks, swings, and more), while some of the adults went on roller coasters, my mom and cousin Charon where so nice to watch the little kids (thanks)

My mom and dad with Kayda at Elitches, it was so fun to have them with us.
We went to visit my grandma Redger, this is a picture with 5 of her 7 great grandchildren.
We went and toured a candy factory (Hammond's Candy), we got to watch them make candy canes. Payton had a good time and then of course we had to buy candy from the store before we left.

We went to
Belleview park and played with my cousin and her kids. We road the train went to the petting zoo, playing on the slides and then finished at chuck e cheese it was a fun day.

We went to tiny town, which was so cute. They had tons of little building, some that had little people and furniture inside and so that the kids could go in.
Kayda loved it, everything was just her size.

Garrett, Ashlynn, Bryce, Morgan and Payton at tiny town.
We went for a ride in my Uncle's model A car. Payton loved it, especially because she did not have to wear a seat belt or be in a car seat.

We played at the Denver
REI store and visited the river that is just beside it, I think this is Platte river.

We went to Heritage Square and Payton and
Reddin road on the huge Alpine Slide that is in the back ground. They got the ride on the sky lift to the top and then slide down. Payton also got the ride on bummer boats, the swings, and much much more.

We finished off our trip with one more visit to Morgan's house. Payton loved playing with Morgan and already misses her. I hope we will get to go back soon, because we had a blast and we really do miss the cooler weather.
