More fun!

A few days before the 4th of July we took the girls to Amazing Jake's and we all had a really good time. We ate pizza while watching a movie, we played games, and road on rides. Before we knew it several hours had gone by at it was close to nine at night. Payton was so wound up on ice cream, pop, and fun that it took her another hour to go to sleep that night but it was fun.

On the Friday we meet Grandma and Grandpa Evan's at the mall for lunch and a movie and then we went over to help my parents put new flooring in their bedroom. We also spent the 4th of July putting new flooring in at my parents house, but we finished just in time to make it back to hour neighborhood so we could see the fireworks. Payton did not really like the fireworks that much, but she did like seeing her friends.

On Monday for family home evening Reddin mowed the lawn while I made dinner (waffles and really good homemade syrup, Payton picked). Then after dinner we played in the backyard while Reddin finished working in the yard. Kayda really like being in the swing and after we all got hot from being outside we started running through the sprinklers it was so fun. That was the first time I think Payton has ever ran through the sprinkler and at first she was not so sure, but after a few minutes she was completely soaked and having a great time.
