Happy Halloween

This Halloween season Payton and Kayda got to go to two different Halloween parties, one at a friends house in our ward and another one at preschool, and then they both went trick-or-treating in our neighborhood last night and then again on Grandma and Grandpa Evan's street. Kayda at first just wanted to take the candy out of her bucket, but by the end of the night I think she understood that you wanted to keep the candy in the bucket and just get to the next house to get more. By the end of the night Kayda was not even using her pumpkin bucket instead she would just put her hand out and wait for someone to put a piece of candy in it and sometimes she would reach both hands out to get two pieces (I guess she figured out how to work the system). We had a great Halloween, my parents and brother came to our house and went trick-or-treating with us for about an hour and then we left and went to Reddin's parents so all the cousin could trick-or-treat together, it was a fun, but late night our kids did not make it to bed until after 10:30.
