I ran the P.F. Chang's Rock 'n' Roll marathon and I qualified for Boston. I finished in 3:38:02. I am so happy. I had a great race day. I ran with my friend Lindy, it was so nice having a friend with me for the whole time (thanks Lindy for staying with me). Reddin and the girls came and saw me around mile 15 and then at the finish. Reddin gave me a new water bottle at mile 15, which worked out great I never had to stop for anything and it gave me a boost to see my family. When I finished I felt really good unlike marathons in the past when I have felt sick. Overall it was a great day, I cannot believe I really did it. Now I hope that I can get into Boston in 2012 before it sells out.

Congrats! That's amazing. When is the Boston marathon?! Maybe it would be a good time for a visit to little ol' Buffalo while you're on the east coast. :)

Yeah!! I am so happy for you, you have worked so hard and deserve the chance to go to Boston! Awesome! I wish I was there running with you right now! I'm glad to finally find your blog!
