The end of Kindergarten the start of summer

Why is it that I cannot get myself to blog more.  I have been wanting to blog all summer about the end of school for Payton and Kayda's first gymnastic class but it is now 2 months later and I am just getting around to it.  I figured it was time to play catch up since the summer is almost over and Payton starts school in less then a week.  Payton finished Kindergarten at the end of May.  She was in a really cute Kindergarten program the last week.  Reddin and I were both able to go watch her.  They performed four differnt songs and then at the end they got books filled with their best work from the year.  The last week of school she got to play games, read all day and have a classroom party.  She had Mrs. Shafer and she was great, Payton made new friends and became more of a leader.  By the end of the year she could read and is pretty good at it.   I am so glad I was able to help with reading groups and be there for all her classroom parties.  Overall I think she had a great 1st year of school and I hope Kayda gets Mrs.
Shafer also.
