So yesterday I officially turned another year older. I cannot believe that I am now 27 years old, time is just flying by. Overall yesterday really was a pretty good day, with the exception of when I took Payton to swimming lessons. My mom meet me at Costco in the morning so I could get a few things and then she took me out to lunch at Paradise Bakery (I love that place, thanks mom). We then went back to my moms for an hour or so and then she watched Kayda while I took Payton to swimming lessons. I think I should have just skipped swim lessons, because Payton cried the whole time and I ended up just leaving early, because I was so upset with her (It kind of put a damper on the day). Reddin had left work early so we could go out to dinner before it got to late, but before that he surprised me with some great presents. We then took both girls to Grandma and Grandpa Evan's house and they watched them so we could go to dinner kid free at Oregano's. We had a nice dinner and a few hours without crying kids, which was just what I needed (Thanks everyone).

Oh Karen! I feel awful, I was just asking Trav the other day when your b-day was exactly because i knew it was the beginning of Sept. We are lost without the Evans calendar! Sorry about the swim lessons but other than that it sounded like a good day. What fun presents did you get? Well, Happy Belated Birthday- I swear I will get it right next year! :)

Happy Birthday Karen! I always have guilt about forgetting to call you on your special day because you are always so thoughtful to call everyone on their birthdays. I reminded myself all day Monday and then it got to be Tuesday night at 8:50pm and I gave myself a proverbial slap on the head for forgetting to call...again! (You were probably awake, but I didn’t want to take the chance that you MAY have been asleep.) Anyway it’s not fair that you are always exactly a year younger than me! Happy Birthday Anyway
