Today I ran the furthest I ever have ran so far, 16 miles, and I loved it. I felt great and I think I could have even ran more if I didn't need to get back so Reddin could go mountain biking. I feel like so far this marathon training has been going really well, my knee hurt for a few weeks, but I think it is pretty much better now and I really love the long runs. I have great friends to run with and I feel like we talk the whole time so the miles go by fast. I need to run more hills, because the Ragnar race I am running in February and the Big Sur Marathon have lots of hills and I want to be prepared so that is on the running schedule for next week, but hills are hard to find around here. I wish I could sign up to do a half marathon before my whole marathon, just for fun, but I really don't want to spend the money right now, so for now I will stick to running in the rain, and the dark, and hope I will be prepared for the races that are coming soon.
