Busy week

So at first after I had Kayda I did not think I was going to be going out very much, but I think I was wrong. It really is not has hard as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong if I have the opportunity to go shopping kid free I will take it, but overall so far taking two kids out and about really has been manageable. This week was pretty busy for me. We went to the Zoo twice, meet our friends for lunch twice, We went to play group, and I went to Ikea and got a new kitchen table.

So I think it is impossible to get eight kids to sit still for a picture, but we tried. These are pictures for the first Zoo trip that took place on Tuesday. I had a great time seeing my friends.

Here is Payton and Ava on their lunch date. Kim and I put them at their own table and they loved it and did a great job eating. They also decided to use their french fries as paint brushes and they painted their cups with ketcup using the fries (where do kids come up with this stuff)

This was the second Zoo trip that took place on Friday. Payton liked holding the map and riding in Aunt Carrie's wagon.

Overall it was a great week. Payton especially liked going to the Zoo and is ready to go back again already. Payton had been asking to go to the Zoo all summer, but I just kept telling her that we could not go until it got cooler outside. She was really excited when I told her we were going to the Zoo this week. She even got herself dressed in her new giraffe shirt that Grandma and Grandpa Redger got for her a few weeks ago for our first Zoo day.
