Kayda had her MRI today and I think it went okay. It was weird because I was not with her. I went back into a room with her and they told me what was going to happen and then they told me I would wait out in the waiting room and they would come get me in an hour or so. Kayda didn't want to even wear the hospital bracelet, so I was not sure how it would go, but she walked down the hall holding the nurses hand and holding her blanket saying mommy mommy. It really broke my heart, but it is over now and we should have results tomorrow I think. They had me come back into the recovery room after she was done and she was fast asleep. They had warned me ahead of time that when she woke up she would be pretty upset and fussy and they were right. She didn't want the IV in her hand anymore and she was really fussy. After she was able to keep some water and juice down they let me take her home, but they would not let me carry her out to the car instead I had to sit in a wheelchair and they wheeled both of us right up to the door of my van (I felt ridiculous). Kayda was frustrated and fussy the whole way home, but after I set her down and gave her some crackers and cereal she started to act better and she seems okay now. Great job Kayda!!

Oh that sounds rough!
Glad it is over for you and Kayda!
What a little trooper. It is so hard for moms to wait for procedures to be done. What a trooper you are! I hope all is well. She is in my prayers. Love my little girl.
